WATCHUNG Olivia Cummings, 20, and Tenneisha Brown, 20, both of Scotch Plains, were arrested for shoplifting at Walmart at the Watchung Square Mall, Route 22 West, at 1:48 p.m., Saturday, May 22, police said.
